central park in kichijoji has gotten so packed on weekends, is it even worth going anymore or should i just hit inokashira on a weekday morning instead? feels like it was way quieter a few years back, what do locals do now when they wanna chill outside without the crowds

honestly inokashira on a tuesday morning before 9 is dead quiet, thats when i go now, weekends there are just as bad as central park these days.

Weekend afternoons at Wadabori koen along the Zenpukuji river are usually pretty empty, locals just grab a bench by the water.
