if ur near kanda try coffee mameya around the corner, tiny but seats open up mid-afternoon & the pour over is worth the wait
Mameya's the one on the second floor, before 11am for a seat.
Second this, upstairs gets packed by noon
back room opens up around 2, most people miss it
yeah the seats do free up after the lunch rush but heads up they close at 6 sharp, not great for an evening coffee. if you want to sit longer the kissaten two blocks toward Ogawamachi is quieter and cheaper.
the counter seats by the window are teh best ones, but they open up way later than the tables do

if ur near Steeped the shotengai behind it has a tiny kissa that sells single origin by weight, cheaper than anything in Shibuya tbh

The little tea counter inside the Kappabashi kitchen goods shops sometimes carries single origin, worth a look if you're already heading that way. Also check the basement of any depachika, they often have a by-weight section that's cheaper than you'd expect.
