someone told me about a place called Farnecio Eatery in manila & said i had to pay a deposit before they'd hold a table for me. is that a known scam or just how it works there? i'm visiting next month & don't wanna get burned

Ask for the exact street address and check it on Google Maps street view before sending anything.

deposit up front is the red flag tbh

is Farnecio Eatery a scam or legit? Manila 2026
