yeah the pata's the move but go earlier than noon if u can, by 11:30 the good pieces are picked over. order it with a side of their vinegar dip, cuts teh richness.
agreed on the timing but I'd aim for 11 instead, the pata takes a while to fry and the early batch is fresher.

11:15 on weekends, the after-church crowd hits hard.

It's a repair stall in Quiapo, near the mosque, so the bar tag is prob just a bad scrape.
