Don't know a Farnecio Eatery in Manila, but I've seen "Farnacio" stalls near Carriedo in Quiapo, so check the spelling before you trek out.

bring ur passport copy & a 2x2 photo to the A. Arnaiz satellite office, slots drop monday mornings around 8am manila time

tbh i'd get there before opening, the queue builds fast even with a slot. also print the appointment confirmation, they asked for mine last time and a guy ahead of me didnt have his.
