Yeah the lunch rush is real, but honestly the bigger issue is seating. It's maybe six tables and groups hover for your spot. Cash only too, so bring small bills.

Don't know a Farnecio Eatery in Manila, but I've seen "Farnacio" stalls near Carriedo in Quiapo, so check the spelling before you trek out.
