Kanto High School Mystery?

Question

So I'm heading to Kanto International High School next week for a friend's graduation. Heard some crazy stories about the school, apparently, there's a hidden staircase somewhere on campus that supposedly leads to... well, nobody's quite sure. Some say a forgotten library, others say a secret teachers' lounge stocked with questionable snacks. Anyone ever stumble upon this legendary staircase? Seriously curious. It's supposed to be almost impossible to find, and I'm making it my mission. Wish me luck!

Oh man, I've heard about that staircase too. A buddy of mine who went there said it's behind a weirdly placed fire door near the science wing, but he never actually got it open.

honestly the best part about that staircase rumor is how many variations there are. i graduated from kanto international myself and we all had our theories. the real one im pretty sure is in the basement corridor near the old home ec room, there's a door that says "storage" but the handle is way too fancy for a closet. i never got it open but a teacher once told me it leads to a fallout shelter from the 60s, not a library or lounge. if u want a lead, talk to the groundskeeper, he's been there since the 80s and knows every inch of that place, he might just show u if u ask nicely

imo the staircase thing is just a rite of passage for new students. i went to a rival school near there and we always heard about it but nobody ever actually found it. if you're serious, check the basement near the old gymnasium, there's a door that looks like a janitor's closet but the lock is different. don't bother with the science wing, that door is just a storage room for broken desks.

The staircase is real, or at least it was when I was in school nearby. A friend of mine swears she found it behind a bookcase in the third floor art room, but it was locked with a combination padlock. She tried every combo she could think of but never cracked it. If you're going, maybe bring a small flashlight and check around the corners where the older building meets the new annex, that's where the floor plans don't quite line up.

Graduated from Kanto International in 2017. The staircase is real, but it's not in any of the buildings. It's in the little courtyard between the main hall and the music wing, behind a trellis that's completely overgrown with ivy. I found it by accident during a fire drill sophomore year. It goes down to a small concrete room with a single desk and a lamp, looked like someone used to study there. No library, no snacks, just old receipts and a half-melted candle. The groundskeeper caught me coming out and just laughed, said it was a bomb shelter from the 60s that some teacher used as a private office.
