Maruichi Bagel on Omotesando, worth the walk.
yeah the walk from the station is longer than it looks on maps, maybe 8 min. their sesame one sells out early so go before noon. fwiw i think it's better than the chain spots around there.
the back street exit saves u a few min vs the main station approach, ngl i grab a plain one there when sesame's gone
back street exit is def faster, tho that little side door shuts early on sundays
sesame's usually gone by 9 on weekends tbh, weekday mornings u have a bit more slack

Good to know, I always thought it ran later. Do they still throw in the coffee or is that separate now?
I thought it finished at 11, so that's useful. Does the morning price still include the coffee, or is that extra past a certain hour? I always forget to look at the sign by the register.
coffee's still included if u order before the cutoff, after that it's a separate 200 yen or so

the crown's fine but i usually walk down to the hub in shibuya for a proper pint, cheaper too. for cards, most places here take visa but amex gets turned down a lot, so i'd carry a visa backup.
Hub's a chain though, Popeye in Ryogoku pours better.
Popeye's craft list changes monthly, worth the trip.
Try Mugito in Ebisu if you want a quieter pint, it's a short ride from there. For cards, mine gets declined too so I just bring cash now.
cash is king there, 7-Eleven ATM takes foreign cards
Worth adding that the ATM at the Family Mart on Meiji-dori handles foreign cards later than most, up to 11pm.
Second this, cash saves the hassle.
Visa backup works, mine's Mastercard and it gets refused half teh time.
