any non pork dim sum places in Tokyo?

Question

Hi guys,

I've been craving chicken dim sum so badly and have been looking all over, just to find only pork dim sum. I was wondering if there were any good chicken or non pork dim sum places in Tokyo that someone can recommend?

Thanks so much :)

honestly most dim sum spots here lean heavy on pork so i get the struggle. you might have better luck at a place like Din Tai Fung in Shinjuku or Nihonbashi - they do a solid chicken xiaolongbao and shrimp dumplings, no pork involved. their chicken soup is good too if you want something light. just check the menu first cause some locations have pork variants too

If you're open to a sit-down place rather than a quick dim sum counter, check out Tenryu in Ueno. They're a Cantonese restaurant that does a decent chicken siu mai and har gow, and their menu clearly marks what's pork-free. The staff is used to dietary questions too. Just a heads up, their chicken feet is a specialty but that's obviously not pork either.
