Try the coworking floor at True Digital Park near Punnawithi BTS. It's basically a tech hub with startups and developers all over the place, plus there's a solid cafe called Kaizen inside that does a good flat white. The whole building feels like a startup campus, so you'll naturally run into IT people in the common areas or waiting for the elevator. Just note it's a bit out of central Bangkok, but the BTS makes it easy.

If you're looking to actually bump into devs and IT people, HUBBA-TO at Thong Lor is probably your best bet. It's a proper coworking space with a good mix of freelancers and tech types, and the coffee is decent for a place that's more about work than vibe. For a cafe that feels more like a cafe, try Rocket Coffeebar on Sathorn, it gets a steady stream of remote workers and you'll overhear plenty of code talk. Just avoid the Sukhumvit Soi 11 spots, they're mostly tourists and influencers.

honestly the IT crowd tends to hang at coworking spaces near BTS stations more than cafes, check out The Work Loft at Asok, it's quiet but you'll see devs in there all day coding away. also if you want a more laidback vibe where people actually chat, Punspace at Tha Phra Chan has a good mix of students and freelancers, not strictly IT but you'll find some techies there

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
