If you're on the Thonburi side, check out the courts at Central Pinklao. There's a group that rents courts there every Wednesday and Friday evening, usually around 6pm, and they're always happy to have an extra player. Walk-ins are about 120 baht and you can just bring your racket, they share shuttlecocks.

Depends on where you're staying. If you're out east, the Sports Authority of Thailand courts at Hua Mak are solid and usually have pickup games going on weekends. There's also a Facebook group called Bangkok Badminton Community where people post looking for partners or extra players pretty regularly.

yeah plenty of places. if you're near the city center, check out badminton @ thailand in the pathum wan area, they do walk-in sessions for like 100-150 baht. or the badminton courts at samyan mitrtown, there's a group that plays tuesdays and thursdays around 7pm, just show up with a racket

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
