Guy in phrom phong cycling with a wand or a cross and pointing towards others?

Yeah that's a well-known local character, not black magic. He's a Christian missionary who's been biking around Phrom Phong and Thong Lo for years, usually carrying a wooden cross and blessing people. You'll see him most often around Soi 24 and 26 near the EmQuartier area, usually in the late afternoon.

lol yeah he's been doing this since before covid. I used to live on Soi 31 and saw him almost daily around 6pm heading towards Benchasiri Park. He's got a whole routine, stops at certain street corners and does the blessing motion then moves on. Never seen him bother anyone or cause issues, just super dedicated to his thing

nah he's harmless, seen him around for at least 5 years now. pretty sure he's just a devout catholic guy doing his thing, usually rides up and down soi 24 near the em sphere area around 5-6pm. not black magic, just a very persistent blessing routine lol

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
