Siam Paragon Restaurant Recommendations

Family dining at Siam Paragon. One person needs gluten-free, another is vegan, and one eats anything. Suggestions appreciated. Family dining at Siam Paragon. One person needs gluten-free, another is vegan, and one eats anything. Suggestions appreciated.

Siam Paragon's food hall on the ground floor (the Gourmet Eats area) actually handles this well since each stall lists allergens and most have vegan and gluten-free markers. For a sit-down meal, try Broccoli Revolution on the same floor, they do a solid plant-based bowl and can easily make it gluten-free. Otherwise, the food court upstairs in the supermarket section has a made-to-order salad bar where you can pick everything yourself, which is the safest bet for the gluten-free and vegan eaters to avoid cross-contamination.

honestly for a group like yours i'd skip the sit-down places and just hit the basement level food court at Siam Paragon. theres a stall called Veganeri that does a killer khao soi with gluten-free noodles, just ask them to swap the soy protein for tofu. the omnivore can grab a plate of pad thai from Thip Samai's kiosk a few steps away, its not as good as the original on Charoen Krung but still solid for a mall. everyone can eat together at the communal tables near the escalators, no one has to compromise

The vegan one will be fine at Broccoli Revolution, but for the gluten-free person you might want to head up to the fifth floor and try Sushi Den. They do naruto rolls wrapped in cucumber instead of rice, and the chef can confirm which items are safe. For the omnivore, honestly the best move is to grab a seat at Kub Kao Kub Pla on the same floor, their tom yum soup is one of the better versions in a mall setting and everyone can order their own thing.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
