The other day I went to health land to g… My body is taking a beating from sports and muay thai and I regularly go the chiro to fix stuff, but in between I like to go once or twice a week for massages. The other day I went to health land to get a therapy massage (or whatever they call it) and I was pleasantly surprised, the therapist did a pretty good job and got pain relief from the next day.

I was wondering if anyone had recommendations, ideally around silom/Sathorn, for good massages for athletes.

Let's just say finding a great massage in Bangkok isn't exactly rocket science. Plenty of places will leave you feeling fantastic. Focus on reviews and location convenient to you.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
