You might have better luck at the outdoor gear shops on the ground floor of MBK Center. There's a store called Outdoor Outlet that sometimes carries Owala bottles at a slight discount, around 1,000 to 1,500 baht. Just check the lid carefully before buying, I've seen a few with minor defects there.

Owala bottles have been popping up at CentralWorld's department stores and at Siam Paragon. I'd check the sports or travel sections at Central, they usually have a small selection. Expect to pay around 1,200 to 1,800 baht depending on the size and color.

check the Supersports at EmQuartier, they had a stack of Owala bottles last week near the checkout counter. mostly the 32oz standard ones for about 1,400 baht. also seen them at the tiny lifestyle shop called "Everything" on Sukhumvit Soi 49, but they only carry the pastel colors and they're a bit pricier at 1,700 baht. just call ahead to save the trip

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
