honestly i'd be careful with smaller agencies on ddproperty, there's a lot of middlemen who just repost listings from fb groups. land riverline doesn't have much of a footprint compared to the bigger players, which is a red flag for deposits.
try searching their name in thai on pantip or facebook, that's where people actually complain about scams. also, a real agency will let u visit the room before paying anything, if they push for a booking fee first it's prob not legit. for city center rentals, i'd rather deal directly with the building's rental office or use hipflat, they verify listings a bit better.
