I don't feel good to go to Western Union to cash out now (my ATM card is not working), so only option is credit card.

Also, how much I should be expected to pay?

Most private hospitals in Bangkok take credit cards without a problem. Bumrungrad and Samitivej are the common choices for tourists, both on Sukhumvit Road. You can expect to pay somewhere between 1,500 to 3,000 baht for a basic consultation and some medicine, depending on what they prescribe. If you need a throat swab or blood work, that will add a bit more to the bill, but they'll give you an itemized receipt before you pay.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
