honestly you gotta check out BNH Hospital on Convent Rd, it's a short walk from Sala Daeng BTS. their physio dept does acupuncture and the docs there actually speak good english so you can explain the pinched nerve thing clearly. it's not the cheapest at like 1500 baht per session but they know what they're doing and won't just stab needles randomly

try yanhee hospital in ratchada, it's a bit off the bts but worth the trip. their traditional chinese medicine clinic has acupuncturists who actually specialize in nerve issues, not just general pain. about 600-800 baht per session so way cheaper than bnh and they'll give you a full assessment first. just take the bts to huai khwang then a short motorbike taxi

dunno about sukhumvit specifically but there's a solid place called yamada clinic near thong lo. mostly japanese clientele so theyre really precise with needle placement. bit pricey at 2000 baht but if they can fix a pinched nerve its worth it

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
