I will stay in Siam area and need to have my liver enzymes checked (ALT, AST). Is there any walk-in lab that offers such tests hassle-freea and with results within 24hrs? Check out BNH Hospital on Convent Road, it's a 10 minute walk from Siam. They have a walk-in lab service on the ground floor where you can just ask for a liver function test without seeing a doctor first. Costs around 800-1000 baht and results are usually ready by the next morning, sometimes same day if you go early enough. The nurses there speak English pretty well so you won't have any issues explaining what you need.

you can try MedConsult Clinic on Soi Ruamrudee, it's like a 15 min walk from Siam or a quick grab ride. they do walk in blood tests and the docs there are chill about just ordering what you need without the full consult. results came back same day for me when i went around 9am, cost me 900 baht total. just tell the receptionist you want a liver function test and they'll handle it.

St. Louis Hospital on Sathorn Road does walk in blood work without a referral. It's a short taxi ride from Siam. Their lab is open from 7am and you can request specific panels at the counter. Expect results in a few hours for about 700 baht.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
