honestly just go to the chatuchak weekend market, there's a whole section around soi 47/1 with like 8-10 stalls selling press ons wholesale. most of them are run by korean importers so the designs are way cuter than what you find at platinum. prices start around 40 baht per set but they'll drop to 25 if you grab 30+ sets. just get there before 10am when it's not a total zoo
yeah there's a spot called bo be market on the outskirts, think it's off rama 3 road. they have a ton of nail wholesalers, way less touristy than pratunam but you gotta buy in bigger bulk like 50+ sets. also check out the mbm nail supply shops around bobae market, they're scattered in those alleyways and cheaper if you know thai pricing
