lek massage is solid but if u want even cheaper try the old lady-run places around banglamphu near khao san. like the one on soi rambuttri tucked behind the hostel row, 250 for a foot massage and they don't play with their phones. also if u can handle a bit of pain go for the thai herbal compress version, that's where they really shine
for authentic thai massage at local prices, head to lek massage on sukhumvit soi 33/1. 300 baht for an hour and the ladies there actually know what they're doing, not just a rubdown. i'd skip the chain places near nana entirely, they're overpriced and rush you out the door. if u want something stronger ask for "nuad phaen thai" not the oil version
honestly just walk down any soi off sukhumvit between asok and thong lo and look for the places with the worn out massage chairs outside and aunties sitting on plastic stools. those are always the real deal, like 250-300 for an hour foot massage and they'll crack every joint in your body if you ask. avoid anything with a neon sign or english menu on the street front
