chatuchak weekend market has a whole section with fake plants, way more variety than ikea. go to section 4 or 5, some stalls there specialize in high-end silk ones that look real. also try the shops along sukhumvit 49 near phra khanong, there's a couple of wholesale places that sell to the public. prices are better if you buy multiple stems instead of the pre-arranged pots

honestly, if you want something that doesn't look like it came from a haunted hotel, check out the fake plant section at HomePro. yeah it's a chain but the one on Rama 4 has a decent wall of artificial stuff near the gardening aisle. not super cheap but the quality is way better than lazada random sellers and you can actually touch the leaves before buying. also the little shop called "Fake Flora" on Soi Ekkamai 10, it's tucked behind a coffee place and they do custom arrangements if you bring your own pot. pricey but worth it for a centerpiece.

A place that rarely gets mentioned is the artificial plant section at Boonthavorn, the hardware chain. The one on Srinakarin Road has a whole aisle of reasonably priced fake greenery that's much better quality than the HomePro stuff, especially their trailing plants and hanging ferns. They also sell individual leaves and branches you can arrange yourself, which is cheaper than buying a full pot. For something more decorative, there's a small shop called Plant Factory on Charoen Krung near Talad Noi that imports from China and Vietnam, the quality varies but they have some unusual varieties like fake calathea and string of pearls that are hard to find elsewhere.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
