check facebook marketplace first, tons of people selling used monitors in bangkok for cheap. i usually search in the "bangkok secondhand" groups and filter by distance. also there's a shop called zeer riddim in ratchada, ground floor, they sell used office monitors from companies that upgraded, prices are fair and they test them in front of you

Fortune Town on Ratchadaphisek has a whole floor of secondhand electronics including monitors. The IT mall part is on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and you can usually haggle the price down 10-20 percent if you pay cash. If you want something cheap and don't mind old stock, walk around the back stalls near the escalators.

honestly just go to pantip plaza. the whole place is a maze of tiny stalls and they have secondhand monitors stacked everywhere. sure it's mostly laptops but theres a few shops on the 4th floor that sell used screens from office clearouts. bring cash and be ready to test

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
