I'm not from Argentina, but I've bought stuff from the Argentina eShop before. The trick is you need a payment method that matches the region, so a local credit card or a prepaid card from a service like Belo or Mercado Pago usually works. Steam is easier since you can just use a gift card from a site like Eneba or G2A without worrying about region locks.

honestly you're prob better off just using a vpn to a buenos aires server when buying from steam, prices are way cheaper than thailand's store. for the nintendo eshop though it's a pain, nintendo's been cracking down on region hopping lately so your account might get flagged if you keep switching. if you really want arg prices on switch, best to make a separate account set to argentina from the start and top up with argentina-specific eshop cards from playasia or seagm.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
