honestly the weekday thing at Mixt is fine, all the main stalls are open. the foot massage places near the front are usually less busy on a tuesday afternoon too, which is nice if you want a quick one without waiting. one thing nobody mentioned is the little dessert stall near the 7-Eleven entrance, they have this mango sticky rice that's only good before 3pm so if you're into that aim for lunch. weekends get those extra tables outside with random phone cases and knockoff sneakers but the core market is the same.

Mixt is open daily from around 10am to 10pm, and yes, all the shops are operating on weekdays too. The weekend does have a livelier crowd and sometimes a few extra pop-up stalls outside, but the main indoor sections with the foot massage places and the clothes vendors are the same every day. If you go on a weekday afternoon it's actually more pleasant because you're not fighting through the crowds near Sukhumvit Soi 5.

You'll find Mixt pretty consistent across the week. The foot massage shops and clothing stalls are all there Monday through Friday, the weekend doesn't unlock any secret vendors. If you're going for the food court or that Japanese curry spot near the back, those are always running too. The only difference I've noticed is some of the accessory stalls near the entrance might close earlier on weeknights, maybe around 8pm instead of 10pm.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
