if u don't mind ordering online, lazada and shopee have tons of sellers for this. just search "therasonic gel bangkok" and filter by ships from thailand, delivery is usually next day. i got a 1l bottle for like 350 baht from a shop called medsupply_th, no issues. also the little pharmacy at the corner of sukhumvit soi 39 sometimes has it in stock, they're less busy than the big chains

yeah check out the medical supply shops near the old bkk government hospital on rajvithi road, they've got a whole row of em. the one called "siam medical" usually has it around 300-350 baht for a 500ml bottle, way cheaper than pharmacies

try the medical supply shops along ratchawithi road near rama 6, that's where most clinics stock up. there's also a place called bangkok medical equipment on sukhumvit soi 11 that usually has it, around 400-500 baht per bottle i think. if you're in a rush, the pharmacy at samitivej hospital carries it too but they'll charge you more

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
