I've had a few friends in that building and the main thing they mention is the pool area is actually decent for the size of the building. The units themselves are pretty standard for the brand, good finishes but not huge. If you're set on that stretch of Sukhumvit, take a walk down Soi 22 as well, you'll find similar quality for a bit less and the soi is wider so Grab drivers won't hate you.

the location is actually pretty solid for getting around since you're between asok and phrom phong. that whole area is basically a warzone for traffic but the bts and mrt are both walkable. just know the rent there is on the higher side for what you get, you could find something bigger for less a few sois over

lived there for 6 months. nice building but the soi is a nightmare during rush hour and you'll hear the skytrain screeching from certain units. check the noise level before signing anything, seriously.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
