honestly if you're in the formal sector, most companies follow the social security office rules - you report through the mor prompt app or call the ddc hotline 1422, then submit the positive atk or pcr result to hr. the standard is 10 days isolation from symptom onset or test date, but some companies are more chill and just ask for a doctor's note. if you're at a rathole though, they might try to make you use up your annual leave or sick days first, so check your contract. worst case just say you have symptoms and need to quarantine, they can't really argue with that

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
