Kinokuniya at Siam Paragon will order books for you if they don't have it in stock. You just ask at the counter on the 3rd floor, give them the ISBN or title, and they'll let you know the delivery time and price. The service is pretty straightforward and they handle international titles without much fuss.

dasa book cafe on sathorn does this too, they're smaller than kinokuniya but way more chill about it. just email them the isbn and they'll quote you a price, usually takes about 2-3 weeks for english titles. their coffee is decent while you wait

Asia Books in CentralWorld also does special orders, though it's been a while since I've used them. You fill out a form at the customer service desk on the 2nd floor and they'll call you when it arrives. For English academic or niche titles they're usually quicker than the bigger chains, like two weeks max.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
