honestly i haven't found a perfect replacement either but if you're near siam, try the coffee shop inside the new siam paragon food hall on the 4th floor. it's called "the coffee club" or something similar, they do a killer iced latte with that same rich bean they used at ais dc. the crowd is way more chill too, mostly office workers grabbing a quick cup not tourists clogging up the line

There's no direct replacement that hits quite the same spot, but I've been going to D'ark at EmSphere on the 6th floor. It's run by the same team behind the old Coffee Beans by Dao, so the coffee and dessert game is strong. The space is quieter too, not the zoo that EmQuartier could get on weekends.

ngl i miss that place too but if you're in the thonglor area check out roasts at the commons. their cold brew is solid and the vibe is less chaotic. not exactly the same but it scratches the itch for me

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
