Backpack dry cleaning services?
Does anyone know of any dry cleaners that will clean a backp… Stupidly packed a bottle of wine in my backpack without protecting it properly. It smashed and spilled red wine everywhere during transit.
Does anyone know of any dry cleaners that will clean a backpack? I have obviously googled this but a lot of places only seem to offer leather bags cleaning services.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I'm staying near to the Royal Pavilion.
fwiw theres a decent dry cleaner on phra arthit road near the royal pavilion, like a 5 minute walk. its on the left side just past the 7-eleven, they do regular fabric backpacks no problem. bring it in with the wine stain still wet if u can, makes it way easier for them. i think it was around 150 baht when i had a similar mess with coffee
the laundry place on sukhumvit soi 4, just past the nana bts stairs, does backpacks for 80 baht. they do a pre-soak for stains too, just show them the wine spot. if that fails, the dry cleaner at the bottom of the ari hills building is more thorough but costs like 250 baht and takes two days
honestly just try one of those laundry shops on the street, theyre everywhere and way cheaper than a dry cleaner. the ones near the BTS often take backpacks no questions asked. just point at the wine stain and theyll sort it out for like 100 baht
best som tam in Bangkok? Krua Dok Mai Kao 2026
yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
