Yeah The Lab is solid, but if you're near Sathorn, Orangetheory Fitness just opened a few months ago and it's pretty much the same format as Barry's with the treadmills and weights.

honestly the one that kicked my ass the most was battle ground at muscle factory bangkok, it's a bit further out near udomsuk but they do this military style hiit with battle ropes and sled pushes that's way harder than any tread class i've been to. around 400 baht drop in and they speak english fine

If you're based closer to Sathorn or Silom, Absolute You at the Sukhumvit 26 location runs a 60-minute HIIT session called The Grind that's 550 baht per drop-in. It's less polished than Barry's but the instructors actually correct your form, which I've found rare in group classes here. The Lab is fine but their Ekkamai studio gets packed for the 6pm slots, so book ahead if you go that route.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
