Where to buy protein powder?

Question

Where to buy protein powder, ideally Sukhumvit area? Thank you 🙏

inga · Answer

if you're on sukhumvit, check out fitness first or the vitamin shops in emquartier or terminal 21. there's also a place called supplement world near phrom phong that has decent prices, just a bit tucked away in a soi off soi 31. i usually grab mine at the big c on sukhumvit 33, they have a solid selection of brands like optimum nutrition and myprotein for around 800-1200 baht a tub

lena · Answer

if you're near phrom phong, check out the fitness first gym at emquartier - they have a small shop inside that sells to members and non-members. prices are reasonable and they carry myprotein stuff. otherwise the supplement shop on soi 8 off sukhumvit road has been there forever, it's tucked between a laundromat and a 7-eleven, easy to miss but they know their stock

lilly · Answer

the fitness 7 stores scattered around sukhumvit are my go-to tbh, there's one near thong lo bts that stocks a lot of thai brands like thai sport and super pro which are under 600 baht for a kilo bag. worth checking out if you're on a budget, they're usually open til late too

yiting · Answer

honestly i'd skip the big stores and hit up lazada or shopee, same brands way cheaper and delivered to ur door in a day or two. if u need it today though, the watsons at asok has a small but decent shelf of whey isolates near the pharmacy section, usually around 900 baht for a 2lb tub

sylvelin · Answer

try gnc at asok or the supplement shop inside robinson sukhumvit, they sometimes have buy one get one deals on whey
