Gongguan Night Market Mystery?

Question

So I'm heading to Gongguan next week, buzzing to finally check out that legendary night market everyone raves about. Heard it's insane, a total sensory overload of smells and sounds and crazy street food. My question is: how do locals navigate the sheer chaos? I'm picturing myself completely overwhelmed, lost in a sea of stinky tofu and bubble tea, never to be seen again. Any tips for a first-timer trying not to get completely swallowed up by the awesome mayhem? Seriously, it sounds amazing and terrifying all at once!

Embrace the chaos! Seriously, just go with the flow. Don't try to *plan* it all out; you'll just get frustrated. Let the smells and sounds guide you, that's half the fun. Grab some stinky tofu (it's amazing, I promise!), maybe some bubble tea, and just wander. If you get lost, who cares? You're in a night market, it's all part of the adventure. There's always more stinky tofu to be found. And honestly, it's not *that* huge; you won't get truly lost. Just keep your phone charged for photos, and maybe a portable charger. Enjoy the sensory overload! It's an experience.
