I'm booking a first trip to Sao Paulo in March 2026 and looking at the Estanplaza Paulista on Avenida Paulista. Is the location practical for walking to MASP and the metro, or would I be better off staying somewhere closer to Jardins? Any tips on the breakfast and whether the street noise is an issue would be great.

Avenida Paulista itself is noisy at night, so ask for a room facing Rua Haddock Lobo and skip the breakfast buffet for coffee at a padaria nearby.
