Try the outdoor stalls at MBK Center near the BTS skywalk entrance on the fourth floor. A few of them have small curtained booths for trying on swimsuits and the one-piece options there usually run between 200 and 400 baht. The quality is hit or miss so check the stitching and lining before you buy.

If you're near Siam Square, check out the small shops in the alleys behind Siam Center. A few of them carry swimwear from local brands and they'll let you try things on in a back room. The prices are negotiable if you pay cash, I've seen one-pieces go for 280 to 450 baht depending on the fabric. Just ask the shopkeeper directly if you can try it on before they start folding things for you.

fwiw the Jatujak night market on Fridays has a few swimsuit stalls near the food section that let you try on. its a bit chaotic but the ones with the pink banners usually have a curtained corner. prices are around 350-400 and they do have some actual 1-pieces not just bikinis. just avoid the stalls right by the entrance they upcharge like crazy

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
