ngl Facebook Marketplace is solid but you gotta be fast, stuff gets snapped up within hours. another spot nobody mentions is the game shops on the 3rd floor of Pantip Plaza, they're mostly known for laptops but a couple stalls have import switch carts from singapore that run about 100-200 baht less than MBK. also try the "Mister Gadget" shop in Terminal 21, they have a small shelf of used games near the register, i found zelda BOTW for 850 baht there last month

honestly for switch games i'd skip IT Tower and hit up Fortune Town instead. it's right next to Rama 9 MRT, same area but the game shops on the 3rd floor have a better selection of used carts. i've seen mario odyssey for like 900 baht there when eShop still wants 1800

also worth checking the little stalls near the food court at CentralWorld, not the main game shops. they're tucked behind the kiosks selling phone cases and sometimes have import copies from hong kong or japan that are way cheaper. just make sure the cart works before you buy, some of them are scratched up

There's a small shop on the second floor of Seacon Square called "Game Over" that most people overlook. They get unsold stock from regional distributors and sell brand new sealed copies for 900-1100 baht, which is usually 30% less than the eShop. The owner is a bit grumpy but he knows his inventory, and if you ask nicely he'll pull out the drawer with the really discounted titles that didn't sell well in Thailand. Also worth swinging by the basement level of CentralPlaza Lardprao near the food hall, there's a rotating cart vendor who sets up on weekends with used imports from Japan that often have English language support.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
