Prathunam itself is mostly shopping and hotels, not really where the training gyms are. You'd want to head over to the Ratchathewi area or down toward Victory Monument, that's where a few solid gyms are tucked away. Look up Petchyindee Academy on Soi Ratchawithi, it's about a 10 minute taxi ride and they're used to walk-ins and younger students, reasonable prices for a drop-in class. It's safe, just keep your valuables locked up like you would anywhere in Bangkok.

honestly for a teenager your best bet is probably checking out some of the smaller gyms near ratchathevi bts, they're used to having younger folks train and it's super casual. there's one called kiatphontip that's cheap and really chill, just a 10 min motorbike ride from prathunam, no fancy stuff but the trainers are solid

just check google maps for "muay thai gym" and filter by distance, it's literally that easy. fa group gym near century mall is 15 mins walk, not fancy but legit and cheap. no one's gonna bother a teen there unless you start trouble

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
