Is it possible to change your phone number for Shopee COD?
yeah you can change it in the app settings under my account > profile > phone number, even after the seller ships. the issue is whether the courier already grabbed the old number from the system, which they usually do at pickup. if it's already with the rider, try messaging the seller directly on shopee chat and ask them to update the delivery note with the correct digits, some will do it. worst case, track the parcel and call the delivery office in your area once it's out for delivery, they can read the correct number to the rider over the radio
try using the chat bubble on the tracking page to send a message to the courier directly, some of them like flash express and j&t have that feature. if it's already with the rider you can also go to the shopeecare page and use the "contact shopeecs" option to have them relay the correction to the courier's dispatch, they usually respond within an hour during business hours. worst case just write a note with the correct number and tape it to your door, riders check those sometimes
ngl this is one of those annoying thai system things where the number is basically locked. but here's a trick that works sometimes - go to the shopee app and message the seller directly in the chat, ask them to contact the rider on their end with the correct number. some sellers are nice about it especially if it's a shop you've ordered from before. if not, the rider will usually try the line app or call the wrong number and figure it out, thai riders are pretty resourceful like that
