Anyone know the amphoe office responsible for mid-Sukhumvit (Sukhumvit 23) and has anyone had experience getting the yellow house book for condo ownership. ah sukhumvit 23 is under watthana district office, it's on sukhumvit 19 near the bts. for the yellow book just go there with your condo title deed, passport, and some witnesses who live nearby. pretty straightforward but bring copies of everything just in case

yea watthana on sukhumvit 19 is right, but heads up they moved some visa stuff to the new one-stop center at chamchuri square, so double check ur not queuing for the wrong counter. for the yellow book, the juristic letter is the big one, but also get a map of ur condo from the juristic office, they sometimes ask for it to confirm the unit location. and go early, like before 9am, the queue gets insane after 10. if u can, bring a thai friend who lives in the same building, they're way less strict about the witness thing then.

yeah watthana office is the one, sukhumvit 19 soi just past the bts station. for the yellow book tho, make sure ur condo juristic person signs off first, they need to confirm u own it and that u actually live there. some offices are picky about the witnesses, they want two thai nationals or at least people with registered addresses nearby, not just any farang friend. also bring a copy of ur lease or utility bill under ur name if u have one, helps prove residency. took me two visits cuz i forgot the juristic letter, so save urself the trip

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
