You could try Vape Street on Sukhumvit 23, it's about a 10 minute walk from your hotel. They stock the 10k puff units with 5% for around 700 baht, which is slightly cheaper than the Soi 11 shops. Just head down Soi 23 past the Villa Market and you'll see it on your left before the Soi Arab intersection.
if ur already at 4 points just head down soi 13 towards asok, there's a little shop called Cloud Nine tucked behind the 7-Eleven. they had the 10k puff elf bars with 5% for 750 last week. less tourist markup than the soi 11 spots tbh
fwiw the cloud nine on soi 11/1 is prob ur best bet for that 10k puff 5% stuff, they had the lost marys for 750 when i went last week. the soi 11 shops tend to jack up prices for tourists, seen them charging 900+ for the same thing. if cloud nine's out, theres a guy who runs a cart outside terminal 21 on the asok side that sells em for 700 but his flavors are hit or miss
best som tam in Bangkok? Krua Dok Mai Kao 2026
yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
