Serviced Apartments/hotels Near Ari BTS with 1 month stays?

So far I've not found these amazing monthly deals that are supposed to be cheap.

Can anyone perhaps recommend a hotel/serviced apartment near Ari BTS (or +-2 stations further north or south)? It would be greatly appreciated. A pool and fitness center would be amazing, but not necessary. ;)

honestly ari is a good choice for monthly stays, there's a bunch of small serviced apartments tucked in the soi that don't show up on booking sites. walk up soi ari samphan or soi phahon yothin 7 and you'll see signs for "monthly rent" in thai, like 12-15k baht for a studio with a kitchenette. no pool usually but some have a tiny rooftop area.

if u want the pool and gym, try the centric ari station or the loft residence, both are right next to the bts and do monthly rates if u ask direct. the centric is prob 25-30k for a studio which is steep but the location is unbeatable, like a 2 min walk to the station and 7-11 downstairs. the loft is a bit older but more room for the same price.

also check the area around saphan khwai, one stop north. there's a place called the legacy residence that does monthly for around 18k with a decent pool and gym. it's a 5 min walk from the bts but the soi has good street food and a really cheap laundry place.

ngl you could try just walking into any hotel in that area and asking for their "long stay" rate at the front desk. most of them have a completely different price list for 30+ nights that they don't put online. i've seen places near ari drop from 1500

yeah the monthly deals are real but they hide them well. try the temprea residence on phahon yothin soi 11, it's a 10 min walk to ari bts but they do monthly around 15-18k with a tiny pool and gym. or check the ibis styles on phahon yothin soi 18, they have a long stay rate if u email them direct, usually like 20k for a decent room with breakfast included

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
