laser/derm clinic in bangkok for fractional co2?

does anyone bhave a recommendation for fractional co2 resurfacing/tightening? and how much did ut cost? does anyone bhave a recommendation for fractional co2 resurfacing/tightening? and how much did ut cost?

You could check out the aesthetic center at Bangkok Hospital, their dermatology department handles fractional CO2. I paid about 27k baht for full face there, and they use a Lumenis machine which is pretty standard but well maintained. The doctor was a proper derm and they include post-care cream in the price, which some places charge separately for. Just note that their consultation fee is 1k baht and it doesn't get deducted from the treatment cost.

another one worth looking at is samitivej sukhumvit's skin center, i did a session there for about 35k full face last year. the price is higher but they use a really good fractionated co2 machine from solta and the downtime was only like 5 days for me. the doctor there is a derm who specializes in lasers specifically, not just general plastic surgery. just fyi the waiting room can be packed on weekends so try for a weekday morning appointment

moriya clinic on sukhumvit 39 is worth checking out, i did a session there last year for about 20k baht partial face. the doctor actually spends time explaining the settings instead of just rushing through it. just a heads up, their receptionist can be a bit slow with scheduling so call ahead

Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but I've always found their som tam a bit tame on the pla ra. If you want the real funky version, try the shophouse spots along Soi Udomsuk 26, near the night market end. They pound it fresh with fermented fish that'll clear your sinuses, and it's like 60 baht. Different style from the On Nut places, more Lao-leaning.

for som tam specifically i'd say the Isaan spots in Chatuchak are underrated, weekdays only though since the weekend crowd ruins the vibe. there's a stall near gate 2 that does tam pa with fermented bamboo shoots, super sour and funky, not something you see much in On Nut. if you're already heading north for Or Tor Kor anyway its worth the detour.

honestly the som tam at Krua Dok Mai Kao is good but what got me hooked is their nam prik pla raa dip with the raw veggies, that funk hits way harder than the papaya does. think most people sleep on it cuz they just order the som tam and gai yang. also pro tip, go before noon on weekdays, after that teh pla ra gets milder cuz they batch it for the lunch rush
