Foundry Brewing taproom hours 2026?

Coming through Bangkok in 2026 and want to hit Foundry Brewing. What are the taproom hours like, and is it worth a detour for someone who's into craft beer? I went on a Saturday and it filled up fast after 7, so go early if you want a seat. They close around midnight most nights but check their Instagram before you trek out, hours shift.

Late afternoon is dead though, mostly regulars.

Thursday is the quieter night, and the kitchen stops taking orders about an hour before last call.

yeah sat is the worst night for a seat, their outdoor tables by the canal go first. fwiw they usually post the week's hours on stories monday, so worth a look before u head over.

the canal side tables go first when it rains too

Friday's the better bet, taps rotate then.

True, and the soi 14 entrance is easy to walk past since the sign's set back behind a tree.

Flights, yes. Charoenkrung soi 14, from 5pm.

arrow_drop_up 2 arrow_drop_down

good call on the flights, though the soi can be a pain to find so keep an eye out for teh sign

Ngl the MRT stop at Hua Lamphong makes it easy, and their hazy IPAs are worth the detour alone.

Best cheap eats in MBK Center 2026?

Anyone know which food court in MBK Center is still worth it? I used to go to the one on the 6th floor but heard it changed. Anyone know which food court in MBK Center is still worth it? I used to go to the one on the 6th floor but heard it changed.

MBK's 6th floor has actually split into two zones now, the aircon side and an open-air section that opened last year overlooking the BTS tracks. The open side is where the deals are, mostly Isaan stalls doing larb and nam tok for 55 to 65 baht, and you get a breeze instead of the usual food court freezer vibe. I'd skip the coupon system entirely and just pay cash at the stalls, they'll take it. Go around 2pm when the lunch rush clears out.

honestly most people sleep on the basement level of MBK, the food stalls down there near the Tops supermarket do kuay jab for like 45 baht and it's proper. not really a food court vibe, more like grab and go, but the portions are decent and you're not fighting for a table. the yen ta fo stall by the exit is my go to when I'm shopping there and don't wanna deal with teh crowds upstairs.

Everyone focuses on the food courts but the real move at MBK is the stalls tucked behind the mobile phone section on the 3rd floor. There's a little row near the repair shops doing boat noodles for 40 baht and grilled chicken skewers for 10, mostly aimed at the vendors who work there so the prices stay honest. You eat at a cramped counter with no AC but it beats the upstairs circus, and it's open from around 10 until they sell out, usually by 4.
