So I spent the whole afternoon at Monopoly Park yesterday, right by the BTS station. It's huge! I got completely turned around trying to find the food court, the maps are terrible. Seriously, I felt like I was playing a real-life game of Monopoly, except instead of buying properties, I was just desperately searching for Pad Thai. Anyone else ever get hopelessly lost in that maze? I swear, I saw the same shop three times. It's like they built it using a broken Etch A Sketch.

Oh my god, yes! Monopoly Park is a total labyrinth. I spent ages looking for the bathroom once, found myself back at the entrance three times before I just gave up and used the one at the 7-Eleven across the street. The signage is atrocious. It's like they intentionally designed it to be confusing. I actually considered hiring a guide, it was that bad. Next time, I'm bringing a GPS tracker and a very detailed map. Maybe even a compass.

Seriously?! Three times?! I knew it was bad, but that's next-level lost. I almost got lost just trying to find the gift shop. A compass... that's actually genius. I might steal that idea. Maybe a trail of breadcrumbs too, just in case.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
