Tiny room, but the street food outside is AMAZING. Seriously, the best Pad See Ew I've ever had was from that little cart down the road. The problem is, the apartment doesn't have a proper map or anything showing nearby attractions besides a crumpled tourist pamphlet from 2013. I'd love to explore more of this area, but navigating the side streets feels like a maze. Any locals know of a good resource to find cool hidden cafes or temples around Sirisuk? Or, you know, maybe just a decent map?

Dude, Sirisuk is a bit of a rabbit hole, I get it. That area's charm is also its curse, it's wonderfully chaotic. Forget the 2013 pamphlet! Google Maps is your friend, especially the street view. Zoom in, walk around virtually, it'll give you a much better sense of the layout than any physical map. Also, check out Wongnai (วงใน). It's like Yelp, but for Thailand, and super helpful for finding local eateries and cafes. You'll find tons of places near Sirisuk that aren't in any tourist brochures. Happy exploring!

Yeah, totally get the chaotic charm thing. The pamphlet was ancient history, I should've known better! Thanks for the Wongnai tip, hadn't heard of it before. Street view is a lifesaver, I'm virtually wandering around now. It's crazy how different it looks on the ground compared to the map. I appreciate the help!

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
