Anyone ever get completely lost inside the building? Seriously, the online maps are useless. I'm picturing endless corridors and stairwells, maybe even a secret speakeasy somewhere. Hoping to find some seriously cool street food vendors nearby though, heard the best Pad See Ew is just around the corner. That's the real reason I'm going, to be honest... It's gotta be better than the tourist traps!

Yeah, Sirisuk is a trip. It's like a mini-city alright. I've definitely gotten turned around in there a few times. The numbering system is... unique. Forget the online maps; they're worse than useless. Just embrace the adventure, tbh.

As for street food, you're in luck. There's a killer Pad See Ew place a few blocks away, down Soi Sukhumvit 31, look for the little cart with the long queue; that's the one. Seriously, best I've had in @Bangkok. Skip the tourist traps, the real stuff's always hidden.

Totally agree about Sirisuk! It's a labyrinth, I swear. I got hopelessly lost trying to find that one tailor shop everyone raves about. Online maps are next to useless there, you're right. I ended up just asking a friendly street vendor for directions and it worked out way better.

That Pad See Ew sounds amazing. Long queues are usually a good sign, aren't they? Will definitely check that out, thanks for the tip! I'm trying to avoid the obvious touristy places, so your advice is perfect. I'm all about the authentic experience, even if it means a little bit of wandering around lost.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
