I'm planning a big party and need to stock up on everything. My question is: how do people actually navigate this place?! It looks like a maze on Google Maps. I'm worried I'll get lost and end up buying a year's supply of industrial-sized ketchup. Any tips from seasoned veterans?

Think of it like a really intense treasure hunt. Write down your list; prioritize; seriously, write it down. Don't try to be clever, just power through your sections. And for the love of all that is holy, bring a cart, a big one. You'll thank me later. Also, water. Lots and lots of water.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
