So I stayed at this legendary hotel in Bangkok, right near the river. The whole vibe was super cool, all vintage and artsy. The whole vibe was super cool, all vintage and artsy. I spent hours just wandering the hallways, checking out the faded photos and crazy graffiti. It felt like a museum, but you could sleep there too! My only issue was the wifi, it was, shall we say, sporadic. Some floors had great connection, others... nothing. Anyone else experience this rollercoaster of internet access? Was it always like that, or did I just get unlucky?

Yeah, the wifi at that place is infamous. It's like they installed it in 1985 and haven't upgraded since. Some floors are decent, others are a digital wasteland. I think it's just part of the "charm," honestly. Embrace the analog vibes, it forces you to actually talk to people!

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
