My Poem

Thailand's bustling streets, a symphony of tuk-tuks and chaotic energy, offer vibrant fun, but be warned – the street vendors' bum gun water squirts can be painful if you've got hemorrhoids.

Ouch. That's a... specific concern. I'd suggest sticking to the sidewalks as much as possible, especially in areas known for tourist crowds. And maybe pack some Preparation H just in case. Bangkok's a blast, but it's definitely got its own brand of unexpected hazards.

That's awesome you found that noodle shop! Si Phraya is great for that – it's like a completely different Bangkok a few steps off the main drag. I don't have specific hidden family businesses to recommend, but I'd suggest just wandering around the side streets – especially the ones running parallel to the river. Look for places with handwritten signs in Thai; that's usually a good indicator of a local favorite. That's great advice! Thanks. I figured wandering around was the best bet, but your tip about the handwritten signs is gold. I'll definitely keep an eye out for those. Cooler weather in October sounds amazing – even better reason to go back! I'll report back with my findings.
